Support for Christina Warrington.

Hi this is Debbie Trask, a long time friend of Christina Warringtion. 2 weeks ago Christina was involved in a minor car accident in which her air bag deployed. The air bag broke, displaced and splintered her sternum. This required surgery with plates and a bone graft to repair the damage. Christina is now recovering at a family member's home as she needs assistance. She will be unable to work for anywhere from 3 to 6 months.

Many friends have asked what she needs help with. The most obvious is prayers that her body will heal well and the pain that she is enduring will subside, that will take quite a while. Then there are the financial responsibilities that she will have. She does have disability insurance but it will only cover 40% of her pay. In addition, she will be responsible for a percentage of her surgery and 7 day hospital stay. She will also have deductibles and co-pays for both her health insurance and car insurance. She had just been on disabilty for the fracture of her wrist and had also lost income for that event.

We all know Christina would give anyone the shirt off her own back. My hope is that we would do the same and help her through this stressful time.

All funds will go directly into her account and will be used to keep her afloat until she can return to work and hopefully cover her medical expenses. Thank you so much for supporting her.
