Recovery Fund for Flicker and wife Laurn

Hi friends... Our very dear brother friend, Christopher, Flicker to those who know him well, suffered a major health event and is facing a long road ahead. He and his amazing wife Laurn are going to need all the help our collective communities can offer.

On Saturday, March 11th, Flicker and Laurn were having a lazy Saturday when after being outside for 5 minutes, Laurn came in to find Flicker unresponsive and not breathing. She immediately called 911 and began administering CPR. Medics arrived and were able to resuscitate him, but he did go without oxygen for some time. It was determined that Flicker suffered the equivalent of 5-6 strokes and sustained significant brain damage. He is still in the process of waking up so the extent of the damage is still unknown. It will take time to fully understand what his recovery will look like, but we know it will be a long one. We also know that if anyone can tackle this and pull through it is Christopher Holmes.

I honestly can't say enough about how much of an amazing human this man is. There is not one soul who knows him that doesn't adore him. He is kind and compassionate. He loves his family fiercely and would do anything to help those he loves. And the same goes for his wife Laurn. Please help us rally around them in this extreme time of need.
