The beloved Core Organizer of the Trans Women of Color Solidarity Network (TWOCSN), sister, best friend, keeper of secrets, and shit talker extraordinaire Constance Blakeley died in the early hours of October 2nd, 2020 in Miami, Florida. She was 27 years old.
There are no words to express the depth of the hole in our hearts & our communities that has been left by this tragedy. Constance was a fierce and passionate organizer and truly too good for this world.
We are fundraising today to cover expenses so that Constance's chosen family and friends are able to attend her funeral in Miami. Any extra funds will go towards Constance's family for support as Constance's brother also passed away this same week.
Constance gave so much to support Black trans communities. Let's show up and give back in these painful times.

Dear Constance,
Your divine heart has held depths of joy, love, compassion and cosmic care for yourself and your loved ones. You moved with fierce and gracious wisdom, and the grounding presence you brought to each of us will forever breathe life into our community and our movements, even as you transition too soon to be our transcestor. You also never hesitated to let a bitch know & for that you were a leader & a driving force in our collective. Our lives are forever touched & will never be the same with out you by our sides.
You were WAY to good for this place. We love you forever & Absolutely ALWAYS,
