BRINGING CORY HOME

On Monday January 13th, I was awakened with the worst call a mother could receive. That my 19 year old son Cory Cordae Swan was gone. The pain that burned through my heart was unbearable, no mother or father wants to think about those type of moments. We prepare ourselves for the opposite not realizing god makes no mistakes and in the blink of an eye it can be different. Like the other way around. Cory was here visiting family and friends when this tragic situation took place. So grabbed my other kids and got on the highway for what became the longest 5 hour drive back to Harrisburg. I’m a single mother and things is not easy .
