Support for Elijah's and Sahrah's urgent care

My service dog Elijah started having issues to pee a few months ago. We did x rays, ultrasound but couldn't find the cause.

The problem got much worse last month and Elijah experienced a total bladder paralysis. He needed a catheter several times. Since there is no emergency vet clinic in our area (Northern California), we had to drive several hours to the nearest emergency clinic in Medford, Oregon. While a wonderful holistic vet was able to help Elijah with Chinese herbs and a chiropractor helped with his spinal injury (from a car accident), I ended up with horrendous vet bills (about $ 4,000) and also lost my job over taking my dog to the emergency room. We had just recovered from all those expenses, when my black female Shiloh Shepherd started bleeding severely from her vagina just 2 days ago. We suspected pyometra and immediately called my vet who was able to squeeze us into her schedule at 7:30 am the next day. After blood work and x rays it was decided to perform emergency surgery. Sahrah was in very poor shape (eyes closed, very high white blood cell count, very low albumin) and it was a high risk surgery. It turned out to be indeed a pyometra and about 5 lbs of puss had collected in her uterus. Sahrah is currently at home on crate rest and seems to be recovering from the ordeal. BUT I will definitely NOT recover any time soon from ANOTHER $ 2,400 of vet bills, especially since I currently have no income .... my first retirement check (I just applied for social security) will come in November and it will be just barely enough to buy food and pay the regular bills.
