Support for Estrella's Family during Difficult Times
Donation protected
It is with great heartache and sadness that we share the passing of Estrella Hernandez — a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She will be forever 21 in the hearts of everybody who loved her.
As the youngest daughter in a household with five brothers and one older sister, Estrella was, and will always be, the light of her family's world.
Estrella was always ready for the next fun adventure, whether it was Marvel movies and pop music or shooting guns, bows, and arrows. Cats were her favorite, and even though she was allergic to them, she always wanted one. Estrella was always there to support her family and was a role model to her nieces and nephews. And most of all, she looked forward to motherhood and starting her own family, with dreams of holding her own twins one day.
Her life was tragically cut short at just 22 years old. When she was diagnosed with cancer during her senior year of high school, she fought hard for three years. She had great hope and was filled with unmatched resilience and bravery, facing a scary illness with remarkable strength at such a young age. Unfortunately, just four months after her cancer went into remission, it returned in September 2023. Estrella fought fiercely and beat cancer three times, and she will forever remain a warrior to everybody who knew her.
This fundraiser has been set up to help alleviate some of the financial pressure that comes with funeral planning, medical costs, and bereavement time. Her parents, who stood beside her every step of her journey, are already going through the most heartbreaking of times. This is an effort to make financial planning the last thing they have to worry about.
Thank you for your support and prayers as the Hernandez family lays their beloved baby sister and daughter to rest.
