Support for Evan Luca

On Saturday, February 18, my brother Evan Luca was struck by a vehicle and suffered critical injuries. He was air-lifted from the scene to the closest hospital and due to the severity of his injuries, air-transferred to another hospital. 10 days later, we are thankful to report his condition is still very serious, but stable.

Almost losing Evan to this tragic event has been not just a shock to me, but also to family and friends. We are all devastated and just trying to navigate the gravity of the circumstances. Anyone who has had the privilege of knowing Evan can speak to his generosity, kindness, integrity, loyalty and love.

When he is well enough to begin recovery, it will be long and painful. His quality of life is forever changed. There are still a lot of uncertainties and we are taking everything day by day. Thank you to everyone who has reached out asking how they can help during this time.
