Support for Frank's Final Farewell

Donation protected
My name is Jessica and I am trying to help my mom raise money for her husband and our Dad and Grandpa, Frank’s cremation and celebration of life. Frank was an amazing man who has unfortunately passed on very quickly from our lives. He was a man who loved life. He served in the army, loved guns (especially antiques), loved to dance, ride a good Harley, loved to race on the drag strip, loved his classic cars and, spending time with his family.

In March he went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, the next day he stopped breathing properly. He was taken by ambulance after being intubated to a local hospital where our journey begins. The next two and a half months he was constantly in and out of the hospital. My mom took him to our local hospital around eight times from the beginning of March to the end of April including him being admitted to a different hospital they sent him to after they realized both of his kidneys were not functioning due to a kidney stone. Besides the two admissions here, his symptoms were being brushed off. Don’t get me wrong he wasn’t the healthiest of people but not many tests were ran. I asked my mom to take him to a bigger hospital who immediately admitted him because he was in heart failure. That hospital ran many tests including MRI and a CT scan in May. May 29 we were told his aorta and vena cava were completely covered in plaque. His arteries to his lungs, liver, stomach, and both kidneys were blocked. This cause his liver to bleed, his heart to pump to much blood, troubles breathing and his left kidney totally blocked off. His right kidney was in such bad shape that it couldn’t do all of its job in cleaning his toxins out without help however, his other issues in the body would kill him if he did dialysis, and he had weeks to months left to live. Frank was tired of being poked and prodded. His memory was fading fast due to toxins building up in his body and he was just done.

He went home on hospice June 3rd. He passed away at home on June 8th.

My parents live off of social security. They do not have much at this point in life but in the past they would help whoever they could. I ask if you could please share this as I know money is tight for most but, if you could donate anything my mother would truly appreciate the help!
