Support for Frank's Memorial

We are raising funds to pay for funeral expenses for Frank Carstens. The memorial will be held at the Hegewald Center in Stevenson, Washington on September 28th at 2 pm. Any remaining funds after expenses are paid will be distributed to his three children.

In loving memory of Richard Franklin Carstens Jr. (1981-2024)

Frank was 42 years old. His last day here was in Portland, Oregon but he accurately and affectionately called the Columbia River Gorge his home. The Pacific Northwest was a spiritual place and nature provided a sense of peace for him.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Penny Carstens. His children; Ariana Ziegler, Logan Carstens and Caleb Cain. His sisters & their spouses; Jen Chernoff, Marina Carstens, and Ashlee Carstens. His nieces and nephew; Trinity Chernoff, Beatrice Chernoff and Oscar Chernoff. Frank also had many other friends and family who loved him.
