Support for George Mount's Celebration of Life

My name is Lillian Mount and I am creating this GoFundMe for my mom Lonna Mount. On 11/14/2024, my mom lost her husband and best friend, my dad George Mount. He fought a long battle against cancer for almost 4 years, and he passed surrounded by his loved ones. He was a devoted husband, father, pop pop, brother, uncle and son. He was one of the most ornery, selfless, caring people you would have ever met. He had 4 children and 15 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews,he was a hard working man. A termite operator, a contractor and home inspector and was proud of his work and was literally one of the best at what he did. He ran 3 business with my mom and they were always so proud of their accomplishments and they were partners in everything they did. He fought his battle hard and strong and still cracked his jokes till the very end, he was just that kind of person. He was loved by so many. I'm honored to have been able to call him dad. We love you and miss you dad ❣️

This GoFundMe will be going directly to my mom to help cover the cost of food and travel expenses for other family members for his celebration of life on 11/28/2024 and any unforeseen expenses that may occur. She has already covered the cost of his cremation and is requesting any donations to help with these expenses. Anything will help at this time. We thank you for your support in these trying times.
