Support for Guadencio Palacios' Funeral Costs

Guadencio Palacios passed away on August 7th, 2024, at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife, Tomasa, who he has been married to for 45 years. He leaves behind four children; David (45), Delfino (43), Adelina (39), & Elizabeth (37). He also leaves behind five grandchildren; Alayziah (21), Celeste (16), Jared (16), Arianna (9), & Sebastian (8).

He had a long-standing battle with rheumatoid arthritis, seizures, & multiple strokes.

His family remembers this genuine man as being a compassionate soul, loving father, & hilarious confidant. He loved to dance, laugh, & have a good time with friends & loved ones. One of his favorite things was watching an episode of the cartoon classic, Tom & Jerry, while eating some of Mexican sweet bread.

He grew up in El Rosario, Michoacán, Mexico with 12 siblings who he loved dearly. When he came to the USA in 1974, he would send money back to support his family in Mexico. He felt it was his duty to take care of the people he loved while he worked at Gilly’s in Pasadena, TX as a Maintenance Specialist. His children remember spending many nights under the mechanical bull while he tended to the venue that gets its fame from Urban Cowboy.

We are trying to raise $12,000 to offset the cost of the funeral & remaining balance on the burial plot. Any little bit helps!
