I am excited to share that I am being inducted into the Hall of Fame at Denmark Technical College, marking a significant milestone in my journey. This honor is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the collective efforts and support of the incredible community that has been part of my educational and professional growth.

Denmark Technical College, situated in rural Bamberg County, is a historically black, two-year technical college providing a unique educational experience with on-campus housing. As an open-door institution, it offers affordable postsecondary education, emphasizing values such as commitment to excellence, positive learning processes, and a strong work ethic.

My journey with Denmark Technical College has been deeply meaningful. From holding the title of Miss Denmark Technical College to serving in leadership roles within the Student Government Association and Vice President of the National Alumni Association, the college has been instrumental in shaping who I am today. Currently, as a Public Health Analyst with the FDA, I continue to apply the skills and values instilled by the college throughout my 27 years of federal government service.

In celebration of this honor, I am urging you to please join me in making a difference by contributing towards my induction for Denmark Technical College.
