Support for Iammarino Children After Tragic Loss

It is with a crushed heart I share the tragic news that Rocky and Rachel Iammarino were killed in a motorcycle accident on October 11, 2024. Rocky and Rachel have three children: Jude (16), Jonah (will turn 14 next Friday), and Zao (11). There are not sufficient words to express the magnitude of the loss and pain the family will face, especially the children.

My husband and I have known the Iammarino family for twenty years. Rachel and her children have been a part of our homeschool group up until this year, when they decided to enroll their children in Christian Community School and North Ridgeville Public. We are setting up a GoFundMe to help pay for expenses and alleviate some of the financial hardship that will most certainly occur with the abrupt loss of income. With no way to anticipate such a sudden loss of life, the family did not have end-of-life resources.

At this time the children are with Rocky’s parents, Dennis and Jo Iammarino and Jane Baruth, Rachel’s mom. Please pray for wisdom on decisions that need to be made regarding the kids.

As a community of family and friends, we can be the body of Christ in support and love in this unthinkably painful time.
