Yesterday morning, my best friend unexpectedly lost her mother, Jacqueline Moscoso, to cancer. This devastating loss has left a profound impact on their family, especially with the holidays approaching. Her absence is deeply felt, particularly as a beloved matriarch who held her family together.

Jacqueline Moscoso was born on March 8, 1973, in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 18, she courageously moved to New York City to build a better future.

She was intelligent, loving, hardworking, and the heart of her family. Jacqueline proudly raised four children in NYC, nurturing them with boundless love, encouragement, and dreams of a bright future. Her vibrant energy, warmth, and infectious laughter will be missed more than words can express.

Losing a loved one is always painful, but during the holiday season, it feels especially heartbreaking. I am hoping to ease their burden by raising funds to cover funeral expenses, offer financial relief, and allow the family space to grieve and heal.
