Support for Jaiden: Therapy for Autism in Dubai

Dear Friends and Kindhearted Strangers,

We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. Our beloved grandnephew, Jaiden, who is turning four in September, was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 2). Born and raised in Dubai, Jaiden has brought immense joy to our family with his bright smile and loving nature.

However, as we navigate this new journey, we have encountered significant challenges. Though the healthcare system in UAE offers some support for children with autism for general check-ups like health and dental using the health card for POD, unfortunately, it does not cover his therapy. The initial assessment alone has cost our family €1585.22(6355 Aed) , and it has been recommended that Jaiden undergo therapy six times a week (3x Speech &3x Occupational). Each session costs nearly €87.31(350 Aed), amounting to approximately €523.83(2100 Aed) weekly. The total monthly expense is daunting, and despite their best efforts, Jaiden's parents, who have worked tirelessly in UAE for 11 years, are finding it increasingly difficult to manage the costs.

We are humbly seeking your assistance to help Jaiden receive the essential therapy he needs. The funds raised will go directly towards covering the cost of his therapy sessions and any additional support services that may be required.
