Support for James Francis Jr.'s Funeral Costs

The passing of a beloved son, brother, and friend!

Hello, I am Pam. I have been a long time close friend of Andrea, Vikki, Diana, and Jimmy. We dated for a while and went to Prom together at South Park High School. They were and still are my family. When Vikki broke the news of Jimmy's passing, I was devastated, like I am sure so many of you were when you heard the news. My thoughts immediately went back to the memories which I am grateful to have and will never forget. But something else I haven't forgotten was all the recent pain and suffering this family has gone through over the past couple of years with the passing of both Andrea's and Vikki's husbands and now their beloved son and brother, Jimmy.

I have created this Go Fund Me to help pay for the funeral expenses of James Francis, Jr. Any and all funds will be held in a separate account from any other account associated with anyone who is part of this Go Fund Me, which will be myself and Andrea. All receipts will be kept for a minimum of 90 days after a purchase is made, in the event someone would like to see how their money was spent. If our goal is met and we continue to receive money, that money will be used at the discretion of the family. Thank you for your generosity in this most difficult time. James Francis, Jr. Obituary

James S. Francis, Jr., age 51 of Parma, OH and formerly of South Park, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Born May 21, 1973 in Pittsburgh, he is a son of Andrea (Golashewski) Francis of Clairton and the late James S. Francis, Sr.. A security guard at the Cleveland Plain Dealer, James enjoyed drag racing and working on/driving his lifted truck. Most importantly, James's family will remember him as a very supportive person who was always there for life's big events. They will remember him as a loving son, brother, and uncle and will miss him dearly. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sisters Victoria (the late Marc(companion James Currance)) Mirenna and Diana Lynn (Mark) Mosco of Van Voorhis; his nieces and nephews Joel, Justin, Jacey, and Jerzy Mirenna and Kayla, Willie, and Dominic Mosco; and his maternal grandfather Jon (the late Helen) Golashewski. Besides his father, James was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, the late Elmer and Mildred Francis. Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, Clairton, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM until a concluding service at 8 PM.
