As many of you have heard this week, Jamie Vincent received the extremely unexpected diagnosed of stage four colon cancer that has aggressively spread to her liver, lymphatic system and bones.  The cancer is considered to be inoperable and Jamie will be starting palliative chemo soon.  Jamie was originally given an average life expectancy of up to 2 years, but with the most recent pet scan and extensive spread, the estimate is closer to 6 months. 

Jamie is a mother of four children ages 8, 5, 3 and 5 months and wife to Steve.  It is hard to anticipate exactly what their family's needs will be in the coming months, but we know that there will be a lot of need; childcare and loss of wages for Steve will likely be two large needs for their family.  There will also be costs to adapt their home to accommodate Jamie's changing needs as her desire is to be at home with her kids as much as possible.  We would also love to see their family have some extra money to be able to make some beautiful memories with the time they have together.  

Jamie and Steve would love more than anything to be covered in prayer right now and in the coming months.
