Support for JENNIFER CHAPPELL

Hello my name is Brianna and on November 17th I woke up to find my mom (Jennfier Chappell) having multiple seizures and unresponsive. Once she got to the hospital, they gave her seizure medicine but by then she had over 20 seizures and the damage was done. She was flown to a hospital in san jose where they had more neurologists and equipment. She was put on a feeding tube and  Ventilator and later on put on a Trache to help her breathe. Because of the lack of oxygen to her brain during the seizures my mom has been in a vegetative state and doesnt respond. Shes been put on hospice and we were told that her chance of recovery is about 0% and mostly brain dead. To keep her the way she is, is selfish and inhumane. We want to spend as much time with her as we possibly can but shes in San Jose and to go there every day or every other day is a struggle financially. We have tried everything to get her closer to home but theres no availability, they dont take her insurance or they feel that they cant care for all her needs. The money would go toward gas and food for me and my 16 year old little sister to see my mom more often and for longer periods of time. I dont really know how much we need since we dont know how long she will be in hospice. My moms been suffering a long time and everyone that knows her knows that she has the biggest heart and would help anyone even when she didnt have anything for herself.
