Support for Jerry B.

Hello- I am a friend of Mike and Kelli Brazier and I am organizing this fundraiser on their behalf to support Mike's father, Jerry Brazier.

Jerry has spent the past few weeks in the hospital with mounting complications from his cancer, which has spread. All treatment has been exhausted. Jerry's family and physicians are supporting him in the final steps of his care plan, which is transitioning to end-of-life support and hospice care.

Please consider donating in support of his needs at this time. Your donation will help offset his caregiving needs, medical and personal bills, and subsequent funeral costs that are not currently covered.

Mike (his son) and Kelli (his daughter-in-law), along with their two children, would like to thank you in advance for your generosity. Many thanks to each person who has helped carry and support Jerry along this entire journey. Please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers in the coming weeks.
