Support for Joe Jr Turner

Angel: I have taken over this go fund me page and We are cashing out on the go fund me and purchasing a used Van with the money. When we recieve more funding we will be converting it to a wheel chair accessible vehicle for my son. As of right now one vehicle is not working for our family as my husband has missed out on lots of work and we are not surviving on the decreased income.

Angel and Joe Turner are hard working, loving parents to their five children. Angel is from Gitga’at and Kitimat and Joe is from Kahkewistahaw First Nations. Their children; Ana, Jade, Jean, Tami and their very special boy Joe Jr range from 12 to 2 years old. As times are tough for everyone, they've been especially hard for Angel as a mother to 5 children with one, Joe Jr being of high needs. It has been very difficult to find things such as daycare, where he would need a one to one worker with proper training. With costs being so high and Joe Jr needing that special attention, Angel has had to be a stay at home mom for the past 5 years and has just recently started working nights again, but bills have piled up and renting situations have been dire, which meant their little family had to move out of the big city of Vancouver to Abbotsford. Which brings us to why we have started this Gofundme, Angel and Joe need a stable vehicle which would fit the needs of Joe Jr.

Joe Jr is diagnosed with Cerebral palsy, two seizure disorders, extremely high tone with dystonia. He has borderline scoliosis which is being closely monitored. He is strictly tube-fed and is on medications three times daily. Angel often needs to travel to Vancouver, going to children's hospital for appointments for Joe Jr. A vehicle that is made for his needs would relieve some stress the family is holding and would greatly benefit Joe Jr. Any support that you may have to offer would be greatly beneficial for the Turner family.
