Support for John Murphy's Final Journey

Donation protected
My Dad, John Murphy has been sick for quite some time now. He has struggled with Heart Disease, Diabetes, Amputations throughout the last decade but, in June 24' he had a Massive Stroke which affected him in every way imaginable, at that point we ( My Mom and I) could no longer care for him at the family home and he was released from the hospital to a local Nursing home. Once he started rehab services, It ultimately led to him to need a G-tube for full nutrition, bed sores, ulcers, aspiration from trials of oral feedings, pneumonia, then less than a month later he had a massive heart attack, he then had a Heart surgery and was released from hospital, about 1 week later he was sent back to hospital from nursing home due to him falling out of his bed and hitting his head. During that time he was kept inpatient because his body was septic from infection from his ulcers/open wounds. He was released and returned to the Nursing Facility. He did ok for maybe a week or less, then was sent back to hospital due to breathing issues where he tested positive for COVID-19. He was put on a ventilator for a short time but was able to recover enough that he has been released to the nusring facility again even though at this exact moment, he is still testing positive for COVID. With talking to the doctors and case workers it's been decided that he will be on Hospice care starting next week which will be nice for him to have one on one nurses that can cater to his needs more. I may not have been a great daughter but I Still Love My Dad. I have been doing the best I can to make sure he is getting the care he deserves. I hate that he is unable to be surrounded by family right now but I'm not able to take the chance of contracting COVID and/or my children or my Mother who is also suffering from a terminal illness to get sick. My Father does not have a Life Insurance policy and we are going to be left with all of his Funeral Expenses to take care of out of pocket. Honestly, we don't have the funds to do so. I am asking for help just enough to cover the Cremation Package itself. My Mom and I have spoke to the Funeral Home about it and have researched the most reasonable route due to the circumstances. I hope that if your reading this, you will consider donating towards the Funeral Expenses for My Father. He may have Days, Weeks or Months but all I Pray for is that he can be Comfortable and at some sort of Peace. He has said he is tired of trying and having invasive procedures but, he has sure put in a good fight. Please Say a Prayer for Our Family. If anyone would like to send any cards or pictures or packages please do so. I will deliver them to him myself.
