Support for John Ruemmler and family

Hi, I am Jenny John’s wife. John was diagnosed in 2021 with lung adenocarcinoma stage 1. He went through a lung wedge resection in October 2021. In April 2022 he ended up being diagnosed with adenocarcinoma on his chest side wall where the drain tube from prior surgery was located. We found out at that time the recurrence was from complications of prior surgery. He had 2 different surgeries for the removal of that mass. December 2022 he was found to have more spots in his lung near previous surgery and possible lymph node involvement. Just this month it was determined through biopsy that the adenocarcinoma is in his lymphatic system and two spots in his lung. John will be having a port placed 01/17/2023 to start receiving treatments. He will be getting 6 cycles of 2 different types of chemo along with immunotherapy to all be infused 3 weeks apart. John’s employer has let him go due to the exhaustion of his FMLA. We are worried about keeping the bills up to date. If anyone could help us get through this next 4 months we would greatly appreciate it. I will be trying to find a job but will also need to be here with him to care for him and get him to and from treatments. It’s going to be a battle but we know God will see us through these trying times. Thank you and God bless.
