On December 18th this world lost a beloved husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather. His passing was unexpected, but we know he is in a better place and is no longer in pain and is resting peacefully. He was loving, caring, loved to fly, build things, and could fix absolutely anything-basically our very own inspector gadget... His legacy will continue on through his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed but will never be forgotten.
This loss left his wife Cyndi in a tough spot where she needs help and support over the next few months as she works through the next steps in life and prepares the house for sale. She was not working, but was his caretaker. There are no provisions for her past this month, so any help is greatly appreciated.
The Veterans Administration continually denied medical services to Robert P. Johnson even with 4 separate attempts to gain access to care over the last 6 years. Ultimately finances were exhausted due to work loss and the medical costs throughout the last few years of illness and treatment; leaving debt and no income. Social Security will not pay out in full because Cyndi is not old enough to receive it according to SS guidelines until next year. We are asking for your support of Cyndi as she transitions from wife and care giver to a new life and what that is for her and her home.
