Support for Katie Caprara & Family

Dear Friends and Family,

Katie and her family are in need of our love and support. In February of this year, Katie suffered severe health complications that damaged her central nervous system. She is on a slow and arduous road to healing, and although we are hopeful that she will ultimately reach full recovery, she still faces significant challenges on a daily basis. 

Due to current physical setbacks, she is not able to return to her teaching job to conclude the 2023-24 school year. Her five day hospital stay back in February and ensuing medical care have resulted in consequential medical costs. Such setbacks will have financial implications for Katie and her family, and we are rallying support to help alleviate their impending financial burden. 

Thank you for extending your love and support for Katie, Alex, and their boys. We are confident that we as a community will help to see them through this difficult time.
