Support for Kelly James

The Beauties and Beasts family, and the Wichita Community, has suffered a tragic loss. On April 9, Kelly James' husband Kendal passed away during a home fire. Kelly and Kendal are both long-time Beauties and Beasts fosters and volunteers. Not only did Kelly lose Kendal, but 3 dogs also lost their lives in the fire, including one foster. We know Kelly needs help, we don't know the full scope of what she needs as she mourns her loss and begins to navigate a future without Kendal. This tragedy happened exactly two weeks after Kelly lost her own mother. Kelly and Kendal have done so much for dogs and cats in our community, as part of Beauties and Beasts, spending countless hours day and night to help rescue animals in need.
