Support for Kenny and Kimberly's Recovery

Donation protected
On Thursday, June 27th, Kenny and Kimberly Lottes were driving a route they have driven hundreds of times as Kenny headed to work. Coming around the corner was a car driving erratically and then crashed into a tree. Kenny turned around to help him and call for an ambulance. As they faced the car, the man got out and began to shoot at them with an AR-14. They both sustained injuries. Kenny's elbow was shattered and he will never regain full functionality of his arm. Kimberly sustained injuries to her shoulder and her wrist. She will require physical therapy to get her hand back to full functionality.

Kenny is a father, brother, nephew, cousin, and son. Kimberly is a grandmother, mother, sister, niece, and cousin. Both are good, quiet people who have big hearts. They were doing the right thing by turning around to help someone they thought was in distress. They were living their life when all of this went sideways, an incident they neither asked for, wanted, or even thought would happen to them. In fact, none of us could ever imagine this happening to us.

We are asking for support to cover medical bills, current and future monthly bills, and transportation expenses. We have reached out to victim's advocate services and not received a lot of help from them. Thank you for taking the time to read. Thank you for contributing what you can to help get Kenny and Kimberly through this challenging time.
