Support for Kidney Transplant: A New Life for Amador
Donation protected
In December 2021, I was diagnosed with End-Stage Kidney Disease. For the past three years, I have been on dialysis and have been on a transplant list for two and a half years. I believe that all that has happened to me was for a purpose. It allowed me to see life in a different way. I always imagined myself as a provider, a helping and caring soul who would give his last to help you in any way. Learning about my condition didn't stop me from working. Yet more difficult and tiresome, I always came through. This disease runs in my family. Since being diagnosed, I have lost both of my parents due to complications stemming from this disease and am anxious to break the family curse!
With all that said, there's finally light at the end of the tunnel. My Pastor John is a hero. He is donating his kidney to me and giving me a second chance at life! On December 4th, I'll be finally getting my kidney transplant!
We are more than excited, but we need your help. We need to relocate to Phoenix for 6 weeks after my surgery, which means lodging costs, groceries, new medications, travel, not to mention the bills that will still need to be paid at home.
Any support given will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small it may be!
Please share and help get my story out there!
God Bless!
