Support for King Puppy Amputation & Travel

Hi everyone, i'm fund raising in support of a rescued puppy named King, he was rescued from a remote area & has a R Front Broken Leg that had to be amputated. The Dr. tried to save his leg but after putting a cast the condition of the leg become worse & infected. Unfortunately the leg had to be amputated. 
Also requesting funds for his flight out of Kuwait to the USA in order to be adopted by a loving family.
