Nephew Lil Anthony passed away from Coronary heart disease on Friday morning while asleep. While asleep, he had a severe seizure and extreme rapid heart rate. Paramedics were called, arrived with efforts to revive him but he had no pause and declared him deceased. Anthony unfortunately was born with a hole in his heart and was overseen by physicians. He was permitted to wrestle in high school and involved with other sports. As he aged his heart condition worsened. Unfortunately coronary artery disease is called a silent killer because Anthony appeared healthy without any issues until his sudden death. Autopsy found his heart to be triple the size for his age, with extensive artery and tissue damage. Many years I was misdiagnosed with arthritis and chest muscle strain. I had the same issue with hole in the heart ASD with significant enlargement found at age 40 then underwent open heart surgery to save my life. Unfortunately, Lil Anthony diagnosed at birth with this condition. However, at age 28 did not make it that far. So sad he was young and gone too soon when it seemed he had a long life ahead. Family needs expenses to transport Anthony from North Carolina to home in New Jersey and funds to help pay for funeral services. Leaving family and his 2 children in need of support and bereavement.
