Support for Lindsay Holcomb and Family

***Update: In less than 24 hours we have already hit the initial goal of $5,000! Thank you all so much for your generosity. Any additional support is greatly appreciated as the funds will be used for all the accrued expenses that unfortunately continue to accumulate. Thank you all again for your support, continued prayers and well wishes! Lindsay and her family are truly grateful!

Anyone who knows Lindsay Holcomb, knows she has a big heart and she would do anything for her family. Over the last 21 years she has dedicated herself to her 4 beautiful children and fully supports their passions. She's the kind of person who puts others' needs above her own - for family and friends she would sacrifice her own comfort and always go the extra mile. If her child were hurt nothing would stop her from ensuring they're back to perfect health.

Lindsay’s son, Landen, was in a skiing accident and was seriously injured on New Year’s Day in Salt Lake, Utah. As a result of the fall, he has a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), which will require weeks of acute rehab. Of course Lindsay packed up her bags and flew to Utah on the next available flight, and she’s still there by Landen's side every step of the way.

Landen is a fighter; he is making great progress every day. He is unable to get a medical transfer from Utah to Connecticut at this time, so he must continue his medical treatment and therapy there. In the meantime, Lindsay has the unforeseen expenses of living in Utah for at least a few weeks to a month, dedicating all her time to Landen's continuous recovery.

As many know, the family sadly has dealt with great loss and tragedy less than two months ago. Lindsay has been a rock for her family and took on a lot of extra responsibilities that were also not planned for. Not many people would know everything Lindsay has dealt with and endured just in the last 60 days because she is not one to complain or share her burdens. Due to her selfless nature, Lindsay won’t ask for help, which is why her friends are reaching out. We are asking for any amount of help you can offer while she is trying to support her son to a full recovery. Any money donated will go towards relieving some of the financial burden Lindsay will be facing, and help with her and her family's expenses while she stays in Utah to focus on Landen's recovery. Prayers and positive thoughts are also appreciated!
