Support for Marisa and Kevin Ballard

Dear friends and family, as many of you know on Monday October 9th Kevin was in a work related accident causing him some pretty serious injuries. He’s suffering from a skull fracture, brain bleed, some broken bones, and several cuts and bruises. He was released from ICU after 4 days but will be unable to go back to work for an extended period of time.

Kevin has always been a dedicated and hardworking individual, constantly going above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately this incident has had a profound effect on his physical and mental well being, incapacitating him from performing everyday tasks and leaving him unable to go back to work in the near future. Marisa was by his side at the hospital and is now also taking on the task of taking over his care at home. This has not been easy on her and Emmitt, as you can imagine.

Additionally, the loss of their incomes due do their inability to work has created an enormous burden that they are struggling to manage alone.

This is why we are seeking your support. By coming together as a community, we can make a positive impact on Kevin’s recovery journey, while also taking some of the burden off of Marisa. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will greatly alleviate the substantial financial worries he and his loved ones are currently facing.

All funds raised will go directly towards covering Kevin’s physical therapy expenses, and essential living expenses during his recovery period.
