Support for Nia Solander

On the morning of November 9th, our brother Mark passed away. This fundraiser will now be going towards not only medical expenses, but the funeral cost as well. Please consider donating to help Mark's wife Nia.

On September 25th ,2024, our brother Mark was diagnosed with cancer. At the time we didn’t know the extent of the diagnosis, but the family rallied around him in the hope that he would fight this horrible disease and come out the other side free from it. It wasn’t until 2 weeks later that we learned from the Oncologist that it was Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

Mark’s condition worsened to the point that he had to be hospitalized for treatment. He began chemotherapy, but the situation changed on October 28th when the doctors told us that his condition was beyond treatment. Mark has chosen to go back home to his wife Nia and be in hospice care to be comfortable around loved ones. Both our families are in complete shock that this happened so quickly, and he was never given a fighting chance.

This Go Fund Me campaign is to help our beloved sister-in-law Nia with any medical expenses that will come from this terminal illness and provide some financial stability during this time and beyond. Please consider donating to our cause so that the burden of paying bills is taken off her shoulders during this time of grief.
