Support for Mary and Peter

Mary and Peter have touched so many lives over the years and worked tirelessly to help others. As many of you know, Peter has spent the last few months in the hospital recovering from a medical crisis that has left him unable to walk and very weak. As a result, they need to do extensive work on their house in order to make it wheelchair accessible, including new flooring, door frames, and work on the bathroom. Mary is caring for Peter full-time as he regains his strength and so she is no longer able to work. Mary was subsitute teaching in the local schools. The funds will support the construction on their house and help Mary hire care to support her in taking care of Peter. So many of us have been lucky to experience the kindness and generosity of Mary and Peter over the years. We know Mary was always there to support her students, her neighbors and her community.
