Support for Mary Sharp's Family

As many of you have probably heard, my mom, Mary Sharp, collapsed unexpectedly at home on August 21st. The next day at the hospital, after many tests, my mom was pronounced dead, the cause being a subarachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured intracranial aneurysm. She was only 52 years old.
My mom was an extraordinary person, she was truly a light in this world. She always seemed to put others before herself. She would have done anything she could to help anyone. There were many points in my life when she took people into our home when they needed a place to stay, just so that they had time to get back on their feet. She never even thought twice about it.
Mary loved the time she spent with her clients in her salon, and the conversations they would have while she did their hair. Her favorite thing about her job was making people feel beautiful and confident. My mom also loved working as an in-home caregiver. She loved the individuals she cared for so much, she loved them like they were her own family. To be honest, she probably would have done the job for free. My mom did so much for others her whole life, even at times when she didn't have much to give.
Unfortunately my parents were not financially prepared for this. My mom had not been paying into life insurance, and while she did have an accidental death policy, the claim has been denied because her cause of death was not covered. I am setting up this fundraiser for my dad, Donald Sharp. With this loss, my dad is now left with endless medical bills, the memorial cost, and various end of life expenses. I worry that my dad won't be able to pay his mortgage and other bills, or that he will have to declare bankruptcy. I really don't want my dad to have to worry about those things, I want him to be able to focus on grieving and helping my youngest brother get through his final year of high school. My dad is not one to ask for charity, but I know he would be so appreciative of any help at all during this difficult time.
All contributions will go directly to my dad, Donald Sharp, to cover my mom's memorial service expenses, medical bills, as well as basic financial expenses going forward.
