Support for Matt Jackson and family

Matt is a 36-year-old husband, father, son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, Sunday School teacher, and best friend. He is a man of God and loves people. He will always go the extra mile to lend a hand to anyone who is in need. He loves BIG, hugs BIG, laughs BIG, and teases his older sister BIG.

On Monday, January 23, 2023, Matt experienced a traumatic brain injury as a result of a fall. He has multiple fractiures in his skull, bleeding on the brain, and a blood clot in a vein. On January 24th, he has surgery to remove the skull from the left side of his brain to allow room for the brain to swell. They will prayerfully be able to reattach the skull in the months to come.

Matt has a long road of recovery ahead of him. As a person who is ALWAYS giving, with no expectation in return, he and his wife Heather are now at a place where they need to be loved in the same way they do others. They "do unto others" daily and now it is their turn to have that same love and compassion returned to them.

Many have reached out to ask how they can help. Matt will be without income throughout his recovery. Heather will most likely exhaust her leave. Please help us take the fear of income issues off their plate so that they can fully focus on recovery. I guarantee you the moment Matt is back on his feet, he will be offering help to everyone else. It is who he is.
