Support for Milele Foundation Uganda
Tax deductible
Milele Foundation Uganda needs your help. Milele Foundation is a charity organization based in Kampala, Uganda that reaches out to vulnerable children and women to change their lives. We are supporting vulnerable children with education, and we support vulnerable women severely affected by COVID-19. Many were left homeless and jobless. Some women were left widows, and some children were orphaned due to the Pandemic. Most of these people come from various slums in Uganda’s capital, KAMPALA. 100% of donations to this campaign go directly to the Milele Foundation to support their programs.
These slums include Kabowa, Kyebando, Katanga and Bwaise. Under this program, women benefit a tailoring training for free that helps them recover from the effect of the pandemic. Women start up businesses to sustain their families.
We plan to continue the Women Empowerment Project, which teaches women sewing and tailoring skills so that they will be able to support themselves and their families.
Women benefiting from this project include teenage mothers, single mothers and women living with HIV/AIDS. In January 2022, the beneficiaries of the year 2021/22 graduated and are living an improved life.
2020/2021 graduates.

Giving each woman a sewing machine each enables them to start their own business and earn a sustainable wage. But we can only succeed with your support. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $5,000. $4,000 supports the women's Empowerment project which runs since 2020 up to date. 1000$ goes
to help with the operational expenses at the Milele House.
We are requesting your support with a donation that will change their lives. You can be someone’s hero and put a smile on the face of someone in need. Thank you for being so considerate.
