Support for Miriam Greer and Family
Donation protected
All of us who knew Miriam love her for her bright smile and contagious laugh. Miriam, a wife, and mother to two children ages 5 and 10, fought an incredible battle for the last 5+ years: 3 breast cancer diagnoses, a double mastectomy, radiation, numerous rounds of chemo, multiple clinical trials, and the accompanying physical and emotional distress.
Miriam was recently moved to hospice and then was able to go home for comfort care. She spent time with family and friends and felt so loved in her last days. The family have many people who love them and they are fortunate to have received flowers, gifts, and meals. During this difficult time Miriam's husband Matt needs to focus on their family and we want to do what we can to ease their financial burden. One of Miriam's main concerns in her last days was ensuring her children would be taken care of. Miriam was the primary wage earner in the home, though had been unable to work for the last 2 years due to her illness and treatments. Matt has been home caring for both Miriam and their children.
All money will go to medical expenses and living costs. In lieu of flowers at her service, please consider contributing to the family. Thank you for your support, no matter the size, any help for the Greer family is received with deep gratitude.
Services will be held on 10/28/2019 at the Korean Mission Church of Oregon, 9100 SW Wilshire St, Portland OR 97225. Viewing and visitation is from 3-4pm, service will begin at 4pm.
Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral home will be having a Viewing/Visitation on 10/27/19 from 4-8pm.
