Support Daniel’s Road to Recovery

This is for the Morse family. On Saturday, June 15th, Daniel was hit by a jeep on his Motorcycle. With permission from his wife Brittany, I started this go fund me to help them in any way possible on this road to recovery, as he will likely be out of work for a little while and will have medical expenses. Anything is appreciated!

Per his wife Brittany 6/16: He’s got a concussion, his helmet flew off, you can see on his chin a rash from the chin strap, had to get staples in his head, one shoulder is dislocated and the other has a broken clavicle, he’s got terrible road rash, a partial collapsed lung and that’s all I know for now. He’s gonna need full care for awhile and is in two arm slings. The doctor said he was extremely lucky. He’s been out of it. When I first got there the nurse said he didn’t remember much but he remembered me and his mom and that’s all I needed. I’m so thankful he’s alive. I’m so very grateful to have the friends and family we have.

Update from Brittany as of 6/17: I apologize it’s been a very long stressful few days. We’ve learned his knee cap is also fractured. We are about to be released. He gave us a bit of a scare with fever, nausea and everything but they got him kinda fixed up. Tomorrow we have an appointment with the ortho. I also want to give the biggest thank you to the one who’s reached out and for what everyone has done for us. I kinda broke down yesterday due to all the love and support. I can’t explain how thankful I am to have the people we have in our lives. We really have the best friends and family and support. I have read all messages and posts to Daniel as well. Thank you guys and we love y’all so much.

Update from Brittany as of 6/18: Daniel will need surgery on both shoulders on 6/28.
