Support for Muthukumaran Guna's family

Nandakumar Ramadhass and Gunasekaran Pathakkam organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Deepa Muthukumaran, Adithi and Avani.

Muthukumaran Gunasekaren, fondly called “Muthu” by his family and friends, tragically passed away due to an unexpected cardiac arrest in Fremont, California on 5th March 2023. It is disheartening and devastating to lose him at such a young age of 45. He is survived by his wife (Deepa M) and two daughters, Adithi 6th grader (12 years) and Avani 3rd (9 years) grader in Fremont.

Muthu works for a small consulting company working as a client at Wells Fargo. He is holding H1B and his insurance does not cover much of the costs. Muthu was the sole breadwinner for his family. His parents are living in Mannnarkudi, India. Few years back Muthu and his family lost his sister. Your generous help is much appreciated and will help the family and daughters education in their time of need.

Muthu is a father, husband and dear friend was affable and caring. His calm demeanor, his thoughtful input and his charming presence will be deeply felt by everyone he interacted with. Unflustered, loving and caring, Muthu left us too soon with a void that is difficult to fill. A kind soul who will be dearly missed by all of us, whose lives he touched.

It is unimaginable and immensely painful to even address him in the past tense. At 8 30 PM PST on Sunday the March 5th, he had cardiac arrest. After 30 mins of CPR from first responders, he was eventually taken to ER at Kaiser, where the doctors tirelessly perfomed CPR for over an hour and half before he was declared dead.

We can't bring back Muthu for Deepa, Adithi, Avani and his parents. But, our generous financial support and heart may heal their irreplaceable loss of a husband, father and son. May their family stay and strong in future and our financial support can go a long way mainly to support the Adithi and Avani education and health needs.
