Support for my brother, Samantha

Hello, I’m Shamila De Silva. I wanted to come on here to help my brother- Samantha, a strong and capable man. The father of two kids, and a father figure to three more. Samantha suffers from a kidney disease. And sadly, in their homeland- Sri Lanka, the economic state is plummeting. The price of basic necessities are rising exponentially. Samantha is in dire need of a new kidney, along with this comes the expensive cost of a donor, the surgery, and additional hospital charges such as injections for both him and his donor. This estimates up to 4.9 million Sri Lankan rupees, or about $15,900 USD. The kidney transplant surgery must be done within six weeks. Without this, Samantha has been told he won’t have much longer to live. The family is suffering greatly and needs your help.
