Support for Nadia’s surgery and family

As most of yous know Nadia is currently in crumlin hospital, what we know at the moment is there is damage done to her liver, something to do with her bile duct and a cyst on her gall bladder she now needs to be flown out to the Kings college

 hospital in England for life saving surgery, we don’t know how much damage is done to her liver and we won’t know until she gets her surgery but we were told to be prepared for a liver transplant but we are staying positive and hoping this won’t be the case as for now her liver is still functioning .

This morning they told mam she would have to cover the costs of the flights which are coming in at 650€ for the 3 of them, she needs to fly early next week before the damage gets worse.

On top of all this we still need to keep the house running for the myself and the other two kids,I’ve had to leave my job so I can stay home and take care of the kids so we have no income coming into the house for the time they are gone to the uk and now we are also at risk of our family being split for Christmas.

We are trying to keep everything as normal as possible for the kids as they don’t understand why Nadia and mammy can’t come home right now, we still have to finish santy for the kids with Christmas in a month there’s a huge strain on us now, aswell as trying to cover all of Nadia’s medical expenses.

This has all come as a huge shock to us as she’s such a happy cheerful little baby you wouldn’t even think she was sick and now she’s going to be put through surgery at only 3 months old I know it’s a big ask especially this side of Christmas but even just sharing the post would be a huge help.
