Support for Nicole Rusk's Family in Their Time of Need

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicole Rusk on May 17, 2024, just days after celebrating her 44th birthday on May 12. Nicole's untimely departure has left a void in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Nicole is lovingly remembered by her parents, Jim and Sharon, her siblings, and her devoted wife, Amy. Together, Nicole and Amy built a beautiful family, including their children Riley, Kevin, Ryan, and the twins, James and Amelia. Nicole's dedication to her family was evident in every aspect of her life, from her role at Safeway, where she was beloved by her colleagues, to her unwavering support and affection for her children and wife.

The unforeseen circumstances surrounding Nicole's passing have placed a tremendous strain on Amy and the children. Without any insurance policies to cover their mortgage, Amy now faces the daunting challenge of providing for her family while grieving the loss of her beloved wife. The immediate need for a new place to call home, including furniture, has become an overwhelming burden as they navigate this difficult time.

Currently, the family is safe and staying with their cousin, Taylor, as they search for permanent accommodations. However, the financial strain is immense, and they need our help to get through this period of uncertainty.

We are reaching out to the community for support to help cover living costs and unforeseen expenses during this incredibly challenging time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in easing the burden on Amy and ensuring that Nicole's children are well cared for as they adjust to their new reality.
