Support for Obi's family
Donation protected
On 1st November, Obi Thornhill, beloved son of Corinna and Dan, suffered an unexpected and sudden brain aneurysm while on holidays in France. He was resuscitated and rushed by helicopter ambulance to hospital where they attempted to revive him. He spent two days in a coma and tragically they couldn’t bring him back. Obi passed away surrounded by his loved ones in the early hours of 3rd November. We lost a beautiful, promising, bright and shining young person. The family is in a state of shock and devastation and are dealing with all of their unbearable pain and loss in an unfamiliar place, far away from their family and friends.
We are appealing to friends and acquaintances and compassionate strangers to donate what you can to make the practical side of things a little easier for Obi’s family.
Donations will go towards accommodation costs for family and support people in France for as long as they need to stay and towards funeral costs in Ireland and any other associated costs.
Bless you for any help you can give!
