As many of you know, Bedford Police Officer Nicholas Hansen died suddenly at his home in Pleasantville, NY on October 1, 2020. The 25 year-old had served in the Bedford PD since 2018 , and he was respected and loved by all who knew him. An avid chef and motorcyclist, he leaves behind a grieving family, fiancee, friends and colleagues. His mother Vikki must now confront the realities of her son’s funeral expenses in addition to a stressful financial situation - all while grappling with this unimaginable tragedy.
