Support our Wendy and her battle against Cancer

"To know her, is to love her." No truer words have been spoken when referring to Wendy Coyle, also known as Wendalina, Wen, Wendell, Wendy the great, Wendal Axelrod and of course, Mommay. She has a personality so grand, you can't help but be drawn to her presence. She has a smile so beautiful, it will bring a levity to even the darkest scenarios. She is the most genuinely compassionate person we've ever known and is therefore, the glue that holds her family and friends together. While I could go on and on, what really needs to be addressed is that this beautiful soul is suffering and needs our help. Wendy has been courageously fighting non-small cell carcinoma for over a year and a half and has until recently, been "prevailing" the only way one can with a terminal illness. While we remain hopeful, her options have become very limited and the prognosis is sadly, quite bleak to say the least. She has endured over 25 rounds of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and countless radiation treatments. Unfortunately at this point, a clinical trial is the final option on the table. So here we are. To say we feel helpless watching her fight would be an understatement and while we can't change her diagnosis, I'm hopeful we can relieve the burden of her financial stress. As you can imagine, the medical bills have been piling up over this past year after weekly hospital visits. If you have anything to spare, we would love nothing more than to take the financial burden off of her plate and let her focus solely on her health and comfort.
