Support for Paddy Almond and his family

Donation protected
During Darlington Football Club’s match at Southend United, defender Paddy Almond came off in the second half and was rushed to hospital with suspected concussion.

Following a brain scan at Southend Hospital, Paddy was diagnosed with a bleed on the brain.

Paddy was transferred to Royal London Hospital at around midnight on Saturday. He remains under observation of specialists.

The fundraiser is a token of support and also to help with out-of-pocket expenses for Paddy and his family.

We wish Paddy a very, speedy recovery.

This fundraiser has been created by the Directors of Darlington Football Club Supporters Group (DFCSG) with the consent of Paddy and his family.
