Hello....my name is Roxanne (Tucker) and Clemmie "Papa T" Tucker Sr. was my dad. I am one of his eldest daughters and a self-proclaimed "Daddy's girl." Family and friends lovingly called him "Clem," "Pops" or "Papa T." Among the many special and invaluable things about him....he was the ORIGINAL "girl dad," father, husband, grandfather, community leader, retired St. Paul Police officer, etc. He affectionately called me "Rocky" or "Rocky Moley" (smh LOL).

I needed to take time out to HONOR him and his LEGACY by saying THANK YOU for being the MOST AWESOME FATHER a child could ask for!! Being a GREAT DAD was a responsibility he took very seriously and wholeheartedly...even if it was to his own detriment and/or self sacrifice! I/We were TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE YOU IN OUR LIVES!!!

TRAGICALLY....we suddenly lost Papa T in a fatal car accident on I-94 and the Dale St. bridge (on Thursday morning, May 24, 2024) right near the family home in the Rondo/Frogtown (St. Paul, MN) neighborhood(s) that he LOVED so much for decades....providing public service as a St. Paul Police officer, community service leader at the B. T. Bombers boxing club, and last but not least raising a family! He (and my mother, Dorothy Tucker aka "Mama T,") DEDICATED HIS LIFE to helping others and at-risk youth in the Twin Cities and Rondo/Frogtown communities for over 40 years!! Papa T's COMMUNITY and FAMILY were EVERYTHING to him and he CARED for everyone deeply...continuously throughout his 73 years of life, here on this earth!!

His SUDDEN AND UNTIMELY DEATH has resulted in the family needing extra financial support for his funeral/memorial services. ANY AND ALL assistance, positive sentiments, condolences, and prayers would be greatly appreciated by The Tucker Family!! Details for Papa T's funeral/memorial services are currently being arranged by the family and will be shared as soon as possible.

In closing...I will share a few pictures to highlight some of the AMAZING things about my father....my daddy.....PAPA T!!!!
