Support for Parker Family's Medical Journey
Donation protected
Hello, we are fundraising for the Parker Family.
Father's Day afternoon after a beautiful day with family, Allie, her brother and two cousins were in a golf cart accident. Several good Samaritans arrived on the scene immediately to help and her aunt and uncle were there within minutes. The kids were taken to Southeast Memorial to get checked out. Within minutes of triage Allie was deemed critical and sent via Life Flight to the Texas Medical Center (TMC).
She was taken into surgery and hours later, in the wee hours of the morning Monday, June 17th she was moved to recovery.
Allie is still in ICU but is making incredible progress.
The outpouring of prayer, the offers of help and the love sent has overwhelmed Andrea, Samuel and Allie.
So many people have asked how they can help. Right now while they are still 24/7 on hospital watch there isn't much to be done physically for them. But we know the medical bills will be extensive.
Each part of her medical care was essential and LIFE SAVING...Her visit to the local ER, their quick decision making in getting her life flighted to TMC, literal brain surgery, and the care from countless physicians, nurses, techs, therapists, etc. All of it was instrumental.
A little about Allie: If you know Allie you know her personality is so big, it can light up a room. She loves her family, friends and dogs. She really really loves her dog Lucy and her mom and big brother. She is a normal fun loving young adult figuring out life. Please continue to pray for her total healing.
A little about Andrea (Allie's mom): Andrea works for CPS and has dedicated her life to serving and helping others through her career and her volunteer activities. She leads a life of service, having volunteered at the Bridge over Troubled Waters in Pasadena for years now and was formerly a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House (she now works part-time there). She also works at HEB Central Market as a baker. Her life is dedicated to her children, services, hard work, and fun. Please pray for Andrea's strength, wisdom, and peace.
A little about Samuel: He is the typical big brother, providing safety, support, and guidance to his little sister. He is always ready to sacrifice for his sister and mom. He loves coaching, playing sports, and hanging out with friends. Please pray for Samuel's peace and his own healing.
All proceeds raised will be used to pay for the medical bills and lost income.
If you are able to help financially, thank you. If not please pray for them.
