Support for Pastor Jordan & the Davis Family

Hi, my name is Taylor Towsley, and I’m honored to write this on behalf of my dear friends, Jordan and Bethany, as well as their family and our church community.

Jordan is not only a devoted husband and father, but also a pastor at Zeal Church in Nashville—a place where he and Bethany have poured their hearts into serving others, spreading the love of Jesus, and faithfully following God’s call on their lives.

Now, as they walk through the hardest battle of their lives, we have the opportunity to rally around them in prayer, support, and generosity.

A SHOCKING DIAGNOSIS

On January 18th, Bethany rushed Jordan to the emergency room after he had been battling what they thought was the flu. His condition had worsened drastically—by Saturday, he could no longer walk and was pale as a ghost.

After extensive testing, doctors discovered a massive brain tumor, rapidly growing and putting immense pressure on his brain, causing severe cognitive decline. The situation was critical, and on Monday, January 20th, at 8 AM, Jordan underwent emergency brain surgery—a complex and high-risk procedure.

A COMMUNITY UNITED IN PRAYER

At the same time, our church was in the middle of our “14 Days of Prayer & Fasting.”

Without hesitation, our church family and believers across the country rallied together in prayer, declaring healing over Jordan and trusting in God’s miraculous power.

After a six-hour surgery, the neurosurgeon was able to remove the tumor completely—our first miracle!

The next morning, Jordan exceeded all expectations! His cognitive function was fully restored, he had no memory loss or speech issues, and he was even walking the halls of the hospital—another miracle!

A HEARTBREAKING DIAGNOSIS, BUT UNWAVERING FAITH

Just days later, on January 23rd, the biopsy results confirmed the tumor was stage 4 glioma brain cancer—an extremely aggressive form of cancer.

Despite this devastating news, Jordan and Bethany remain steadfast in their faith, trusting in God’s plan and His power to heal.

Jordan has now been connected to the Ivy Brain Tumor Center in Phoenix, Arizona and has started the eligibility process, which is a huge blessing!

His treatment will include chemotherapy, radiation therapy (proton therapy), and holistic treatments, starting here in Nashville, sometime in the next few weeks, as they wait for next steps from the Ivy Brain Tumor Center.

He has also adopted a strict ketogenic diet as part of his fight against this disease.

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP

Jordan and Bethany have devoted their lives to ministry, selflessly serving others and building up the body of Christ.

They have two beautiful children, Micah Jude (3) and Rosie (2), and Bethany is currently pregnant & due in May with their third child!

The road ahead will be challenging—physically, emotionally, and financially.

This fundraiser will help cover:

• Medical expenses (treatments, scans, medications, and doctor visits)

• Travel costs to and from the Ivy Brain Tumor Center in Phoenix

• Daily living expenses as Jordan focuses on recovery

• Support for Bethany and the kids during this difficult season

With a growing family and a long fight ahead, any amount of support would be a tremendous blessing to the Davis family.
