Dear Ones:

The couple that has spent the past 11 years feeding, comforting and hosting fundraisers for so many people through their beloved Doo-Dah Diner, now need OUR help.

Chef and co-owner Patrick Shibley has been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer. We know how stressful it is for Patrick and his wife and co-owner Timirie to step back a bit from their businesses to provide 24/7 care for Patrick, who is in excruciating pain. We at Owner.com know Patrick and Timirie well through our business relationship. They are like family to us. We launched this Go Fund Me to help raise money and to provide them with peace of mind during their challenging journey ahead.

Their optimism and positivity are giving them a great running start as Patrick prepares for treatment. We know too well that this journey will be filled with ups and downs, just like many of the challenges they have faced together since opening the diner. Wichita is such a giving community. Let’s reward their many acts of kindness and generosity.

With multiple procedures, out of pocket expenses, expensive medications and treatments, Patrick not being able to work, and Timirie providing 24/7 caregiving support, they need their tribe more than ever. The timing is tough with the holidays upon us while his first Chemo treatment will happen a few days prior to Christmas. Let’s help provide a bit of merry & bright!
